JESSICA LOHR
Jessica Lohr grew up in Houston, Texas where she began her dance training at age seven. She trained under the direction of Victoria Vittum, James Payne, and Bridget Payne through her high school years as well as spending her summers training at intensives around the United States including Boston Ballet, Texas Ballet Theater, Ballet Magnificat, and The Washington Ballet. Jessica was then accepted into The Washington Ballet’s Professional Training Program where she danced in productions of Don Quixote, Etudes, and The Nutcracker. In 2014, she joined Ballet Magnificat as a trainee and was promoted to the Events Company the next year. With the Events Company Jessica had the opportunity to tour to Honduras, Guam, South Korea, China, and across the US. Jessica joined Chicago based company Ballet 5:8 in 2017, was promoted to Company Artist in 2018, and then to Soloist in 2020. In Chicago she taught ballet at the School of Ballet 5:8 and served as the Children’s Division director. Jessica moved to Dallas in 2022, and graduated with her bachelors of Science in Social Work in 2023. She is grateful to currently be dancing as a company artist at Zion Dance Project. Jessica is so excited to be working with the students at Highland Park Dance Company this year!

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private lessons. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must give notice directly to your instructor at least 24 hours prior to your lesson, otherwise you will be charged full price.
