SARAH GOLD

Sarah has a long history with HPDC (2011-2020) and is excited to return after living on the east coast with her family. She comes to our studio with 10+ years of teaching experience particularly in dance technique, competition teams, and drill team choreography.

Sarah grew up in Dallas and graduated from Highland Park High school in 2007.  She danced for the Highland Belles and served as a lieutenant for two years.  She was recognized as an All-American and member of Kick Company all three years. In her junior and senior year, she was award Miss High Kick and placed nationally for both solo and duet performances. In her 20+ years of training in studio, Sarah competed across all styles and performed for notable institutions such as Disney and Junior League of Dallas.

Sarah is a proud of alumni of the University of Texas. She continued her dance career in Austin, training at Ballet Austin and on campus. Sarah danced for the Texas Pom Squad and served as an officer, performing at thrilling football games and many other sporting events. At UT, she met her husband, John. They now have four children, Hunt, Graham, Gracie and Sophie.

Recently, Sarah and her family lived in New York City where she was able to resume her dance training through classes at the top studios in Manhattan. She found it very exciting to be around such incredible talent and looks forward to bringing that energy to the studio at HPDC.
