AMY VAPORIS
Amy was born and raised in Huntsville, AL and began her dance training with North Alabama Dance Center at the age of 8. Taught in the styles of ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap and hip hop, she was a competition dancer recognized by names such as Mark Meismer, Duncan Cooper, Rustin Matthew, Stacey Tookey, among others. In her high school years, Amy won multiple titles as well as had the opportunity to travel and assist with multiple conventions including NUVO, NRG and Platinum Dance Experience.
In college, Amy was a member of the Auburn University Tiger Paws from 2020-2023, where she danced at sporting events, choreographed routines for the team, and participated in community outreach. She would guest teach and choreograph when back in Huntsville, and found a passion for helping the next generation of dancers grow to love the art form as much as she does!
Amy graduated with her Bachelors of Art in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. She has plans to return to school and earn her Master’s in Clinical Counseling.

To schedule private lessons, please contact instructors directly, as they each manage their own lesson schedules individually. Teachers are paid directly. Please contact the teachers for rates.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private lessons. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must give notice directly to your instructor at least 24 hours prior to your lesson, otherwise you will be charged full price.
