RESOURCES
JAZZ SHOES
This tends to be the footwear of choice for our younger dancers (ages 2-11). These are great for classes like jazz, belles prep, or any class with turns.
HALF SHOES
This is the most popular turning footwear for middle school students and older. Available in leather or canvas.
KINETIC BANDS
Kinetic Bands are a great training tools for dance because they provide resistance and allow for full range of motion so dancers can strengthen muscles and increase cardio without changing their normal workout routine.
BALANCE PAD
This balance pad can be used during class to improve balance, ankle stability and serves as a cushion for various of strengthening exercises performed in kneeling or half kneeling.
