She uses this unique, holistic approach, and skillset to help Performing Artists and Dancers overcome acute injuries, and chronic issues. As a former dance athlete, Parmis understands the physical demands on dancers' bodies, and their unique challenges to mitigate future injuries and improve performance.

Parmis has a passion for bridging the gap between rehabilitation and dance to create a seamless transition. She strives to implement a holistic and integrative method of rehabilitation by coordinating the relationships between mind, body, and spirit to improve quality of life. She places high value in patient education, injury prevention, functional training, and high performance to safely, and promptly return athletes to the stage.
We have been eager to offer this type of resource to the girls for years! Parmis is an answered prayer, and we cannot wait to see all that she enables your dancers to accomplish.
